My name is Kristie and I started this blog with my little brother, Ennis, to share with everyone our love for Swiss baking and all the delicious dishes that we enjoy as a Swiss-American family.
Ennis and I were both born in Switzerland, so we know quite a bit about Swiss foods and Swiss traditions. Together we’ll teach you how to bake some of our favorite recipes and we’ll also talk about when these foods are traditionally eaten.
BTW – whenever you see the words LECKER ALERT! in any of our posts, this means that we are giving you a general cooking tip that will make your baked goods come out great.
From time to time we’ll also include some yummy foods not native to Switzerland, but enjoyed there nevertheless. We’ll also be posting surprises from around the world — dishes our family learned from our international friends. So stay tuned by signing up for our mailing list in the sidebar!
